Dream X is a social networking platform designed for productive individuals to share progress, build skills, and grow together. The Service allows users to create profiles, share content, connect with others, and access productivity-focused features.

Our platform includes but is not limited to:

• Social feed and content sharing capabilities
• Passion-based profiles and portfolios
• The Reverse Algorithm for content discovery
• Achievement tracking and streak monitoring
• Optional marketplace for services and mentorship (paid tiers)
• Community features including messaging and commenting

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dream X. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using Dream X on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Dream X ("User Content"). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

5.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or bullying
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Contains sexually explicit or inappropriate material

Dream X, the Dream X logo, and other trademarks are the property of Dream X. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

8.1 Paid Features

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase.

8.2 Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees. We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.

8.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@dream-x.app for refund requests.

8.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
